Topman Design Fall 2014

Such a big fan of Topman Design, I'm always going crazy over the pieces. Topman is always keeping us MEN up to date and on  trend  with a chic twist. For instance this roll neck, which is the key piece in the collection, to the chunky statement sweaters and  long sleeve shirts which I loved. Pleated pants , leather detailing, cropped/over-sized jackets , prints,  fringe  and  the introduction to a new color palette made this collection a winner!

Junya Watanabe Fall Collection 2014

The fact that I have been sleeping on Junya Watanabe is crazy! I've never came across his collections before but I did my research and looked at past collections of his before I even took the chance to talk about the most recent one. With that being said Watanabe fall menswear collection is nothing short of amazing. I love the whole Punk British feel of the collection, from the puck rock star hair, to the clean tailoring, and even the patchwork denim! Such a great piece to add to anyone's wardrobe. He also got really creative with these over-sized sweaters with little rip detail, lets call it the new pull over. This takes looking Dapper to a whole new level and I love it!

KTZ fall Collection 2014

KTZ is always a big conversation when it comes to the collections, from the cult like clothing to the themes of the show, Marjan Pejoski is always keeping us interested and wanting more which I love in a collection. The theme from what I see for this was "Indian-Ice Alien" you can definitely tell this is a ski resort winter collection with all the Indian inspired pieces such as a  few prints with this awesome sliver face/body paint. ( Reminds me of Xerxes from 300 ) I loved everything from the over sized bubble coats, even the bubble tunic I seen, the fur and skin tight onesies jump suits and the boots. I even love that he added little statement necklaces but didn't over do it.

2 Days Ago

I label this post 2 days ago cause in real life it actually happened two days ago. I know I know overly late but better late then never. I had such a great day this day I went to church and once again such a great service and also spent the day with my other half :) and few of my good friends here in New York.

The Run Around

It's been more than cold lately.. I use to be the one to say " Omg!! I can't wait until winter comes " but living in New York is a whole different story when it comes to winter. (lol) Nevertheless I had such a great day did some shopping, ran into a few old friends. Living in New York has been such a great experience, but it's definitely time to get back to work, it;s been forever and I'm ready to start this year after a little better with some amazing collaborations for the new year. 

Double Portion

Today was an very enjoyable. I started my day off by going to church ( The RockChurch ), such a great service, topic for the today was "Double Portion." (Law of Mosses: “But he shall acknowledge the firstborn , by giving him a double portion of all that he has, for he is the first-fruits of his strength. The right of the firstborn is his" ) I may not be the first born but i'm definitely the last of the five and I thank GOD everyday for my double portion of blessings he has blessed me with here in New York. 

The Chill

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I hope everyone's New Year started off great, I know mines did. WOW!! So much has happen in these past 8 months living here in New York that I would have never imagine, it's like I'm living somewhat of a whole new life but I love every moment of it, wouldn't change anything about it. I can't wait to see what this year brings me.
