Everyth...I almost miss that time period growing up. Everything has changed so much since then. Aaliyah was one of the figures I had looked up to dearly while I was struggling with my own human identity. I'm still grappling with it daily. It hurt heavily, almost a soulful jarring wound/jab when she died. I couldn't handle the reality & weight of her death. I don't know if I ever recovered from her passing. It seemed so surreal when it had happened. She was an endearing mind. Damn. R.I.P. Aaliyah.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
