Joseph Turvey S/S 14

Once again Joseph Turvey returns for a second season for at the East London fashion Presentation with an amazing collection, and this time he is drawing inspiration from Nascar drivers Ethel Mobley and Tim Flock. Turvey gave me what I needed with this scarf like detailed racing pastel strips of block color over the drawn out designs of roses also in different shades of pastels. Even with this avant-garde piece which he pieced with these black and pink stripe pattern shorts. The designer also featured an illustrated piece as an ode to Tim Flocks pet monkey "JOCKO FLOCKO" on the side of this awesome vest. He featured a few mesh cut-outs and tailored joggers, short sets, and a few jackets with floral print. One of my favorite things he added to the collection was the classic shell toe adidas which I love! ( Growing up I was BIG fan of Adidas ) The collection is definitely a sophisticated, soft take on the designers signature sportswear.
